The FP&A Analyst will support high‑quality financial planning, analysis and management information across the Bank, collaborating with the Senior FP&A Analyst and stakeholders to drive monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent experience.
• Experience in management accounting, financial analysis, budgeting or forecasting.
• Experience in financial services or a regulated environment is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly management reporting for the Executive Committee, Board and senior management.
• Prepare budgeting and rolling forecast submissions from business areas.
• Update financial models and planning schedules with agreed assumptions.
• Analyse cost trends and variances and explain key movements.
