Temporary Concierge

We are seeking a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Temporary Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting with various tasks to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process


• Provide information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions


• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently


• Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed


• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area


• Ensure all guest needs are met during their stay, including arranging reservations, tickets, or other special requests


• Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (12 pass jobs)


• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred (but not required)


• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are considered an asset)


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment


• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays


• Must be legally eligible to work in Norway (with visa sponsorship if necessary)

Compensation:

• This is a temporary position with a salary of 1100$ per month.


• Accommodation will also be provided during the duration of the assignment.
