Job summary

PPOAR is seeking a Temporary Concierge in Oslo, Norway. You will deliver excellent guest service, assist with check-in, and respond to requests to ensure a comfortable stay. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset. This temporary position includes accommodation during the assignment, with visa sponsorship if needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent English communication; other languages are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in Norway; visa sponsorship if needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate transportation services for guests as needed.
• Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area.
• Ensure guest needs are met during stay, including reservations and tickets.
• Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe environment.
