We are seeking a reliable and friendly Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment building in Alta Norway As the first point of contact for residents and guests the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Greet residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with resident inquiries and requests including package deliveries room reservations and restaurant recommendations
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions events and services to provide helpful recommendations to residents and guests
• Monitor building security through regular patrols and surveillance systems
• Oversee front desk operations including answering phones managing reservations and coordinating maintenance requests
• Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and assist with light cleaning duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
• Professional appearance with exceptional customer service skills

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week The schedule will vary based on the needs of the building but may include weekends and evenings

Salary

The starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month
