Independent car rental company in West London is recruiting a Finance Assistant for a 5-6 month temporary period. The role involves processing purchase ledgers, posting invoices to Sage, and reconciling supplier statements, with a pay rate up to £15.50 per hour.

Daily tasks include monthly coding, posting reconciliations of corporate cards, petty cash and staff expenses, plus producing bi-monthly vehicle location reports. Work hours are Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00.

Qualifications

• Previous Accounts / Finance assistant experience.
• Experience of dealing with purchase ledger and month end tasks.

Responsabilités

• Process purchase ledgers, code and post invoices to Sage and reconcile supplier statements at month end.
• Post monthly allocations, reconcile corporate credit card accounts, petty cash and staff expenses.
• Produce bi-monthly vehicle location reports.
