Odfjell Technology is seeking an experienced Technical Safety Engineer to strengthen our growing team. You will contribute to safe design and operation of complex projects by performing technical safety studies, supporting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Technical Safety or equivalent.
• Experience in technical safety studies and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of fire and gas safety and area classification.
• Experience from offshore deployments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fire and gas safety planning and implementation.
• Develop shutdown philosophy.
• Manage barrier strategies and performance standards.
• Facilitate risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP) and design reviews.
• Contribute to study and project execution in Technical Safety.
• Collaborate in design reviews and specifications.
