We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Procore’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D Visualization business unit. In this role, you’ll drive cross-team software delivery, map complex dependencies, and mitigate execution risks across multiple engineering teams without direct people‑management authority. The primary goal of this role is to ensure our high-performance, browser-based 3D viewer and BIM platform scales seamlessly to support global construction projects.
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll partner with engineering, product leadership, and international teams to sequence technical requirements, unblock cross-team dependencies, and maintain a clear, predictable delivery roadmap. Use your strong technical depth, proactive risk management, and agile leadership skills to accelerate the development of Procore's core BIM strategy and deliver real-time 3D visualization capabilities to millions of global users.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering and will be based in our Stavanger, Norway office.
720,000.00 - 990,000.00 NOK Annual
