Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in technical program or project management.
• Experience in fast-paced software or SaaS environments.
• Scrum/Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-team delivery for assigned programs.
• Manage technical dependencies between teams.
• Own timelines and metrics for program delivery health.
• Facilitate agile practices and team retrospectives.
• Engage in architecture discussions with engineers.
