Job summary

LuxGuard Solutions in Oslo seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects from planning through completion. You will organize on-site activities, manage subcontractors and materials, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of PM experience, with strong leadership and communication skills and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Construction Project Manager.
• Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
