You will work closely with other chefs, handle high workload periods, follow HSE routines, prepare ingredients and mise en place, keep your station clean, and work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional chef certificate.
• Spanish cuisine experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic, service minded, and eager to learn.
• Structured, clean, and organized.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other chefs to maintain consistent quality.
• Handle stress and periods of high workload.
• Follow HSE, training, and quality control routines.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place.
