Orange Business recrute un(e) Talent Acquisition Specialist pour l'équipe d'Oslo. Position temporaire d’un an, couvrant les recrutements en Norvège et en Suède. Travail hybride avec accès à nos bureaux modernes à Oslo et collaboration internationale.

Vous gérerez le cycle de recrutement complet, de l’ouverture à l’offre, en assurant une expérience candidat de qualité et en développant des pipelines locaux. Maîtrise du norvégien et de l’anglais requise.

Qualifications

• Deux à trois ans d'expérience en recrutement IT ou technologique.
• Expérience avérée dans le sourcing de candidats via divers canaux.
• Bonnes compétences en communication en norvégien et en anglais.
• Formation supérieure pertinente est préférée.

Responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les managers pour comprendre les besoins et diriger le processus de recrutement.
• Gérer le processus de recrutement de l'ouverture à l'offre signée.
• Revoir les candidatures, sourcer et construire des pipelines.
• Offrir une expérience candidat et manager réactive et personnalisée.
• Maintenir le ATS à jour et précis.
• Promouvoir la marque employeur et participer à son amélioration continue.
• Contribuer à l'engagement des talents locaux.

The role and key areas of responsibility:

To meet an increased need for recruitment capacity, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Oslo team in a temporary position for one year, supporting recruitment across Norway and Sweden.

As part of our international Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help attract and recruit the talent Orange Business needs to achieve its business goals.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and lead the recruitment process from kickoff to signed offer. Alongside managing applications, you’ll actively source candidates, build talent pipelines, and develop networks in local markets, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and advise on recruitment, local talent markets, and trends
• Manage the full recruitment process, from the kickoff discussion to a signed offer
• Review applications, source candidates directly, and build strong talent pipelines
• Deliver a responsive, personal experience for candidates and hiring managers
• Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) accurate and up to date
• Represent Orange Business’ vision and mission and promote our employer brand
• Contribute to employer branding activities and continuous improvement of our recruitment processes

What you bring:

You’re passionate about recruitment and understand what makes a great candidate experience. You enjoy working towards hiring goals and are comfortable managing recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for:

• Two to three years of recruitment experience within IT or technology
• Solid experience sourcing candidates using a range of techniques and platforms
• Very good communication skills in both Norwegian and English
• Relevant higher education is preferred
