Job summary

Seven Investment Management is seeking a Graduate in Training & Competence to support T&C and learning activity across the business, focused on Private Wealth and Adviser colleagues. This entry-level role offers exposure to FCA requirements, record-keeping, and MI while collaborating with the People & Culture, Compliance and Private Wealth teams.

You will assist with administration, scheduling and the management of learning systems, developing competence through CPD, assessments and knowledge

Qualifications

• Interest in Learning & Development and training roles.
• Willingness to undertake professional qualifications as part of the role.
• No prior financial services experience required; interest in wealth management is important.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration and delivery of the Training & Competence framework.
• Help coordinate Adviser and Certified Person competence activity.
• Maintain T&C schedules, trackers and records with follow-ups as needed.
• Produce regular MI showing completion rates and key activity.
• Assist with SMCR certification processes and FCA-related duties.
• Promote the organisation's values and support development initiatives.
