Job summary

ISS STOXX GmbH is seeking a Sustainability Product Manager to develop and execute the SaaS product roadmap for benchmarking, carbon accounting, and sustainability reporting solutions for corporations worldwide. You will manage cloud-based sustainability reporting products for executives and sustainability teams across global clients.

The role requires a background in product management, strong leadership, and collaboration across global cross-functional teams, with a focus on delivering value

Qualifications

Background as a product manager in a scrum/agile environment.
4+ years of progressive experience in a corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree in sustainability management, environmental science, engineering, business, or related field.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g. supervised learning, NLP, predictive analytics) and their enterprise software applications.

Responsibilities

Manage the life cycle of products from strategic planning to tactical execution.
Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; define product vision.
Work with Product, Project Management, Research, Data Strategy, Development, Client Advisory, Sales and Marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
