Job summary

Radley Yeldar is seeking a Senior Strategist to lead sustainability strategy, reporting and communications for high-profile clients, including Microsoft and Danone. You will drive reporting lifecycles, ensure alignment with ESRS, ISSB, GRI, and other standards, and shape impactful campaigns across sectors.

You’ll lead proposals, pitch new business, and help grow accounts while mentoring colleagues and expanding RY’s influence in sustainability storytelling and performance disclosure.

Qualifications

• Senior sustainability professional with gravitas and broad client experience across sectors and geographies.
• Solid knowledge of ESRS, ISSB, GRI, IIRC, TCFD and related standards and frameworks.
• Experience delivering sustainability reporting and double materiality assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead on insightful sustainability reporting programmes across client accounts and channels.
• Align clients with key frameworks (ESRS, ISSB, UK SRS, GRI, TCFD, PAI) via gap analysis and mapping.
• Develop progressive sustainability strategies including materiality assessments and strategic frameworks.
• Develop topic-specific communications and campaigns on climate, human rights, and related topics.
• Lead proposals, pitches and new business meetings to win work and grow accounts.
• Raise the agency profile through thought leadership and events.
• Upskill the broader team through Sustainability Sessions and trainings.
