Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous workshop, mechanical, manufacturing or maintenance experience is essential.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment integrity and reliability through preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on subsea systems and control equipment.
• Ensure safety and compliance by conducting inspections, testing, repairs, and certification activities per Expro procedures, OEM requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Support operational readiness by preparing, assembling, testing, and mobilising equipment for workshop and offshore operations.
• Deliver accurate documentation and asset traceability through maintenance records, test certificates, job packs, and service reports.
• Promote a strong safety culture by participating in risk assessments, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and reporting hazards and non-conformances.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Stores, Quality, and Offshore Personnel to ensure equipment and resources meet operational demands.
• Maintain high workshop standards by keeping equipment, tools and work areas organized, serviceable, and fit for purpose.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability, workshop efficiency, service quality, and overall safety.
