Job summary

Head Energy is seeking an SPS Lead to drive concept and project development for subsea production systems and tie-backs in offshore environments. This role requires a technical degree and strong experience in subsea projects, with English fluency and Norwegian language skills considered a plus.

The SPS Lead will define scopes, prepare technical documents, manage tendering and evaluation activities, and ensure contractor follow-up during project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with subsea production systems and/or tie-back projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Norwegian language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Concept and project development within your discipline.
• Scope definitions/descriptions and selection of relevant technical requirements.
• Tendering and evaluation activities.
• Preparing of technical documents for project sanction, studies and contract tendering.
• Contractor follow-up in project execution.
