Job summary

IKM is seeking an experienced lead for concept and project development in subsea disciplines. The role involves defining scopes, managing tendering, preparing technical documents, and overseeing contractor performance, with occasional offshore commissioning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree, at least 5 years in subsea production systems or tie-back projects, and fluency in English; Norwegian skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with subsea production systems and/or tie-back projects.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Norwegian language skills are beneficial.
