Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking to support global tendering activities for submarine cable projects, providing technical expertise and pre-sales support. You will prepare technical documentation and act as the interface between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves coordinating projects end-to-end, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality and safety requirements are met, with opportunities for international travel and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in project management or technical sales support.
• Experience in multinational/matrix organizations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submarine cable projects from planning through execution and delivery.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project-related materials for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal functions; ensure alignment of requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain Salesforce records and stay informed on market trends and new business opportunities.
