Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking to support global tendering activities for submarine cable projects, providing technical expertise and pre-sales support. You will prepare technical documentation and act as the interface between customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role involves coordinating projects end-to-end, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality and safety requirements are met, with opportunities for international travel and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.

Your Job Support global tendering activities for submarine cable projects. Promote the value of monitoring solutions to customers, providing technical expertise and pre-sales support. Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and project-related materials for customers and internal stakeholders. Act as a key interface between customers, suppliers, and internal functions, ensuring effective communication and alignment of requirements. Coordinate submarine cable projects from planning through execution and delivery, ensuring compliance with agreed schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when needed. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular progress updates to customers and stakeholders. Support product development activities by communicating customer needs and market requirements across the organization. Contribute to investment projects, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain customer records in Salesforce and stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and new business opportunities. Support knowledge transfer activities, sharing lessons learned and best practices across the organization.

Experience

Your Experience Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. Experience in project management, technical sales support, engineering, or customer-facing roles within industrial or infrastructure environments. Knowledge of cable monitoring solutions, submarine cable systems, or power transmission technologies is considered a strong advantage. Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations. Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work effectively across different functions and cultures. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar customer management platforms. Fluent English; additional languages are considered a plus. Availability for occasional international travel.
