Job summary

CTS Group in Oslo, Norway seeks a Structural Engineer to join a growing project team focused on data centre infrastructure and heavy equipment support. You will design, analyse, and oversee structural solutions for mission-critical facilities, ensuring safety, performance, and sustainability across fast-paced environments.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience in industrial or data-centre projects, with proficiency in SAP2000/ETABS/RISA-3D and BIM tools like Revit or Tekla.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with large-scale warehouses, data centres or similar.
• Familiarity with structural design codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed structural calculations for steel and reinforced concrete.
• Design building systems to support heavy equipment and loads.
• Coordinate with MEP interfaces and BIM workflows.
• Support retrofit, upgrade, and brownfield projects.
• Contribute to sustainability goals and low-carbon concrete usage.
