Job summary

SIGRA is seeking a Sales Manager — Aquaculture & Maritime to drive growth across aquaculture facilities and shipyards. You will own the sales process for tanks, piping, steel structures and composite vessels, coordinating with engineering and delivery teams.

You will build client relationships, prepare tailored proposals, and manage pre-qualifications, while traveling between SIGRA locations. Fluent English and Norwegian are required. Remote work via MS Teams is possible with travel obligations.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in technical sales, business development or project management in aquaculture, maritime, shipbuilding or composite and plastics fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across land-based and floating aquaculture, RAS facilities, shipyards and shipowners.
• Build long-term relationships, prepare proposals tailored to each facility or vessel, and close contracts.
• Follow up pre-qualifications and framework agreements and coordinate with engineering, project delivery and sister companies.
• Represent SIGRA at customer meetings, site visits and industry events, and report sales pipeline, activity and forecasts.
