Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment, and services from suppliers.
• Research potential products, suppliers, and services; compare quality and price.
• Request quotations and negotiate terms with vendors.
• Monitor costs and maintain procurement records.
• Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to receive goods on time.
• Manage inventory levels and place replenishment orders.
• Inspect delivered goods and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Produce purchasing reports and perform cost analysis.
• Attend meetings and supplier visits to build relationships.
