Job summary

Energy AS in Norway seeks a procurement professional to manage requisitions and supplier contracts. You will execute aligned procurement activities, source and evaluate suppliers, and prepare ITT documents while coordinating with project teams to ensure timely documentation and audit trails.

The role requires 2+ years of procurement experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel proficiency. Fluency in Norwegian and English is advantageous for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum 2 years procurement experience.
• Knowledge of contracting and procurement is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions authorized by engineering.
• Execute procurement activities in line with regulations, policies, plans, and agreements.
• Search for and evaluate alternative suppliers of equipment, materials, and services.
• Prepare ITT documents and conduct tender evaluations and negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with PRE, fabrication coordinator, QHSE, cost control, and other internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on procurement reporting and maintain a clear formal audit trail.
• Ensure timely delivery of all documentation.
• Process VORs from suppliers, managing risk, interfaces, budget, reporting, and approvals.
• Handle additional tasks as delegated by Project Managers and Project Procurement Managers.
