Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain management, finance, economics, or law.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
• Strong interest in commercial aspects and a cost-conscious mindset.
• Performance-driven, engaged, and proactive work ethic.
• High level of professional and personal integrity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Language: English and Norwegian

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes and teams in a compliant and efficient manner.
• Establish specific procurement strategies based on business needs and relevant category strategies.
• Produce and issue requests for information (RFI), establish bidders lists, and manage enquiries.
• Plan and conduct negotiations, perform evaluations, and handle agreement awards.
• Implement contracts in all relevant systems and manage the agreement lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, including handling contractual issues and changes.
• Contribute to a risk-based follow-up plan and ensure agreement understanding and compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and sustainability are prioritized throughout the procurement process.
