Job summary

Dovre Solutions is seeking a Contract Lead in Stavanger to manage procurement activities and establish robust supplier agreements for major projects. You will lead negotiations, ensure safety, sustainability and SOX controls, and drive value across the supplier base.

The role requires a Bachelor/Master in a related field, minimum 5 years contracting experience, and fluent English and Norwegian. You will work in a close-knit team on a fixed-term assignment from 30 September 2026 to 30 December

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, finance, economics or law.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within contracting work.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and/or Norwegian.
• Language requirements: English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities and establish supplier agreements.
• Ensure safety, security, and sustainability in procurement.
• Develop procurement strategy according to business needs and category strategy.
• Produce and issue RFIs; establish bidders list; plan negotiations.
• Manage evaluation, award, and hand-over to operations.
• Ensure contract start-up and compliance with SOX controls.
• Manage supplier relations and handle contract variations.
