Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, finance, economics, or law.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in contracting.
• Strong communication, integrity, and proactive work ethic.
• Cost-conscious mindset and interest in commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes and teams in a compliant and efficient manner.
• Establish procurement strategies based on business needs and category strategies.
• Produce and issue RFIs, establish bidders lists, and manage enquiries.
• Plan and conduct negotiations, perform evaluations, and handle agreement awards.
• Implement contracts in systems and manage the agreement lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, including contractual issues and changes.
• Contribute to a risk-based follow-up plan and ensure agreement understanding and compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and sustainability are prioritized throughout the procurement process.
