Job summary

IKM Gruppen AS seeks a procurement leader to drive end-to-end contracting, risk management, and supplier performance in Stavanger. You will oversee procurement processes, develop category strategies, and manage RFIs and negotiations to secure favorable terms.

The role requires a 5+ year contracting background, strong communication, integrity, and a commercial mindset, with fluency in English and Norwegian. Full-time position based in Stavanger with a focus on compliant, sustainable procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in SCM, finance, economics, or law.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement processes and teams in a compliant and efficient manner.

• Produce and issue RFIs, establish bidders lists, and manage enquiries.
• Plan and conduct negotiations, perform evaluations, and handle agreement awards.
• Implement contracts in systems and manage the agreement lifecycle.
• Manage supplier performance and relationships, including contractual issues and changes.
• Contribute to a risk-based follow-up plan and ensure agreement understanding and compliance.
• Ensure safety, security, and sustainability are prioritized throughout the procurement process.
