Qualifications

  • Advanced university degree in International Development, Political Science, Economics, Public Finance, or related field.
  • At least 7 years of governance/public finance experience; 9 years with a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

  • Lead policy research by identifying priority governance issues with regional/global teams.
  • Develop integrated policy alternatives and solutions on financial integrity.
  • Engage governments, private sector, civil society, and international partners to build consensus.
  • Draft policy briefs and knowledge products; advocate for uptake and policy adoption.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, capacity building, and South-South/triangular cooperation.
