Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a senior business development professional to lead long-term strategies for the Norway region and manage key client relationships. The role focuses on aligning client needs with TechnipFMC's portfolio through strategic planning and collaboration with the VP Commercial and global teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive offshore/oil and gas or renewable industry experience, Norwegian language skills, and strong negotiation and market-planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least ten years in business operations, five in offshore/construction or subsea sectors.
• Engineering or Commercial qualification with CRM experience.
• Knowledge of offshore industry, including technical products and assets.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term business development strategies for Norway region clients.
• Manage allocated key client accounts and collaborate with Key Account Management.
• Engage with analysts to support client account development and market insights.
• Produce clear procurement strategies and capture plans for tenders.
• Maintain market data and contribute to strategic outlook and budget.
