Job summary

Nexans is seeking a PWR-T Business Controller - Capex, Cash and Balance Sheet to lead consolidated Capex planning and cash forecasting for the PWR-Transmission unit. The role may be located in Oslo, Puteaux or Charleston and involves collaboration with operations and finance teams.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Finance or Business, 7+ years in project/industrial finance or audit, fluency in English, and advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Finance or Business.
• 7+ years of experience in project or industrial finance or in an audit firm.
• Fluent in English, oral and written.
• Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• SAP and HFM/PBCS knowledge not required but an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated Capex planning and major expansion investments.
• Explain actuals, manage forecast and budget for Capex.
• Improve financial controlling, reporting and cash-flow forecasting.
• Forecast working capital and balance sheet items; identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations and G&T management to drive performance.
