Job summary

Polynt Composites Norway seeks a Financial and Plant Controller to lead finance and accounting in Fredrikstad. You will work with the Plant Manager and Group CFO, coordinating across business units and reporting to management.

Responsibilities include monthly closes in SAP, cost control, budgeting and audits. The role requires bilingual communication in Norwegian and English and a track record in an international company.

Qualifications

• Analytical and structured candidate with strong prioritization and numerical focus.
• Experience in international settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS/NGAAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs and costs for Polynt Composites Norway.
• Manage payroll administration and monthly closing in SAP.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting and capital investments.
• Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
