Job summary

Dovre Solutions in Stavanger is seeking an inventory coordinator to manage and optimize inventory levels for critical projects. You will monitor stock movements, perform regular counts, and analyse data to maintain accurate records, while coordinating with SCR, AMM and offshore teams.

Function

• Responsible for managing and controlling the organization’s inventory levels.
• Closely monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, conduct regular stock counts, and analyse inventory data to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies, implementing inventory control measures, optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing carrying costs, and coordinating with other teams such as SCR, AMM and offshore.
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts or overstock situations, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
