Job summary

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group is seeking a Change Management Excellence Manager in Lysaker, Norway, to drive strategic change across the Corporate Development Office. The role reports to the Senior Manager Change Management Excellence and collaborates with HR, IT, Operations, and Communications.

This is a 12-month temporary engagement focused on leading change management strategies, stakeholder alignment, and enabling data-driven transformation initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5+ years in change management, PM, organizational development, or business transformation.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Experience in large-scale organizational change, digital transformation, or process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience driving change in digital environments, including technology adoption and data-enabled decision-making.
• Develop and execute change strategies aligned with the company’s goals and provide leadership for adoption.
• Advise senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with business priorities.
• Lead communication and training initiatives to support change adoption and foster an agile culture.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and refine strategies based on performance data.
• Ensure governance and best practices across the organization.
