Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a Change Management Excellence Manager to lead strategic change across the organization from the Corporate Development Office in Norway. The role focuses on digital adoption, data-enabled decision making, and building an agile culture through targeted communication and training initiatives.

Competenze

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, organizational development, or business transformation.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is a plus.

• Develop and execute Change Management Strategy aligned with corporate goals and best practices.
• Advise senior leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment with business priorities.
• Lead communication and training initiatives to support change adoption with HR and Communications partners.
• Define success metrics, monitor adoption, gather feedback, and refine strategies based on data and best practices.
• Ensure governance and structured change management frameworks to drive consistency across the organization.
