Job summary

Raylo seeks a data-driven strategist to scale its global collections and recoveries program in a fast-growing London-based company. You’ll partner with operations, product, and finance to balance customer outcomes with strong unit economics and drive actionable insights.

Requirements include 5+ years in analytics or data-focused roles, a 2:1 or higher from a top university, and proficiency in SQL and Python. Hybrid work with London Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of analytics or data-focused collections and recovery strategy experience.
• 2:1 or higher from a top university (STEM/quantitative preferred).
• Proficient in SQL and Python to analyze datasets and drive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to balance business goals with customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Raylo's global collections and recoveries strategy across products and markets.
• Champion data-informed decisions to improve performance while balancing customer value and unit economics.
• Collaborate with operations, product, finance and engineering to turn insight into action.
• Design robust, scalable strategies with strong commercial judgement.
• Support Raylo's sustainable, circular approach to consumer electronics.
