Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Govern JWC automation governance and maintain automation standards.
• Establish governance for automated flows and templates.
• Oversee administration of business workflows and documentation.
• Develop SOPs to capture workflows and processes.
• Monitor flow performance with analytics and alerts.
• Create and maintain naming conventions and version control.
