Job summary

Qualifications

  • University degree in IT, economics, statistics, OR related discipline with three years of related experience.
  • OR higher secondary education with advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification and four years of related experience.
  • At least three years of functional experience developing, managing and adapting AI systems, including LLMs.
  • At least two years of functional experience with Python, SQL and Spark or equivalent.
  • Certification in Microsoft Azure Data Scientist or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of LLM AI tools for JWC’s digital transformation program.
  • Highlight emerging technologies to enhance ML-enabled process improvement.
  • Deploy, optimise and manage LLM-powered applications in production.
  • Fine-tune existing pre-trained LLMs to fit future JWC applications.
  • Develop multimodal solutions for hybrid search.
  • Develop a roadmap for data initiatives and digital transformation in JWC processes.
