The Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) is seeking a Staff Officer (2030 Digitalisation – Process Flow Coordinator) to lead the transformation of JWC's exercises by incorporating advanced defence technologies. The role is part of the CIS Services Branch Data Science Team and focuses on delivering AI solutions, including large language models, reasoning models, and agentic systems, to support NATO operations.
The work is normally performed in an office environment. The primary language is English. Travel on temporary duty may be required for conferences. Irregular working hours may be required, especially during exercises and events.
This project post is limited to a definite duration of 3 years. Successful applicants will be offered a 3‑year definite‑duration employment contract in accordance with the NATO Civilian Personnel Regulations.
Starting basic salary is NOK 93,933.00 per month (tax‑free). Additional allowances may apply depending on the personal circumstances of the successful candidate.
