Job summary

Isar Aerospace seeks an AIT Technician to join the Arctic operations on Andøya, Norway. You will participate in onsite assembly, integration, testing, and launch activities with multinational teams, ensuring timely delivery of flight hardware.

Responsibilities include high-precision assembly, carbon fiber machining, testing, and thorough documentation. A background in aviation or aerospace and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable in production engineering/maintenance.
• Several years of professional experience in aviation/aerospace preferred.
• Good teamwork and strong spatial awareness.
• Foundational knowledge of computer and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite assembly, integration, test, and launch activities at Andøya.
• Shaping the launch site and improving AIT infrastructure.
• Perform high-precision assembly and machining of carbon fiber composites.
• Assist in testing, documentation, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards during operations.
