Job summary

Telenor AI Factory is seeking an entrepreneurial leader for the Cloud Infrastructure team in Norway. The role combines holistic technical and architectural expertise with leadership of a DevSecOps group, owning the sovereign AI cloud platform from design through operation.

You will shape the technical standards, drive automation, and ensure compliance and security in collaboration with partners and the commercial unit. Hybrid work in Norway is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience building on-prem cloud infrastructure for AI/ML or GPU workloads.
• Strong architecture skills with Kubernetes and Openshift.
• Experience with IAM, KMS, GitLab, Argo, Ansible, encryption and IaC.
• Experience with on-prem servers, networking and storage.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and teams with a security focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AI cloud architecture and design.
• Own the Cloud Infrastructure Platform implementation and operations.
• Lead the DevSecOps team for the AI cloud platform.
• Own the technology roadmap in collaboration with the commercial unit.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and self-service delivery.
