Job summary

DreamTeams in Oslo invites a Customer Solutions Lead to join a Nordic AI-focused team delivering sovereign AI platforms and trusted solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead discovery, design end-to-end architectures, and oversee delivery in collaboration with central engineering.

You will act as the technical and commercial AI advisor, ensuring governance, measurable outcomes, and high-impact co-created solutions across client organisations.

• Lead discovery and scoping with enterprise customers to identify high-value AI use cases grounded in their business context.
• Co-create AI solutions with customers, running workshops, proofs-of-concept, and design sprints.
• Act as the trusted technical and commercial AI advisor for key accounts in your country.

Customer Engagement and Co-Creation

• Lead discovery and scoping with enterprise customers to identify high-value AI use cases grounded in their business context.
• Co-create AI solutions with customers, running workshops, proofs-of-concept, and design sprints.
• Act as the trusted technical and commercial AI advisor for key accounts in your country.
• Manage customer expectations throughout solution delivery and ensure outcomes are measurable and documented.

Solution Architecture and Delivery

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures built on their platform — not bespoke local builds.
• Translate platform capabilities (models, APIs, tooling) into client-ready solutions tailored to vertical or functional contexts.
• Lead or oversee AI engineering and delivery work for country customers, coordinating with central engineering as needed.
• Contribute to and reuse the shared library of accelerators and solution blueprints; feed local insights back to central.

Governance and Quality

• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to Trusted AI standards, including data governance, privacy, and model transparency requirements.
• Participate in monthly business reviews and quarterly roadmap sessions with central and group leadership.
