Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking an experienced Site Manager for rotation assignments in the Stavanger region, Norway. The role emphasizes overall site oversight, coordination of M&E installation activities, and strong focus on safety, quality, and timely completion.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience with HV transmission projects, ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and coordination of site activities.
• Supervision of the M&E installation subcontractor.
• Site safety, quality and schedule oversight.
• Coordination with project management and functional teams.
• Stakeholder and customer interface management.
• Progress reporting and site administration.
• Coordination of installation, testing and commissioning activities.
• Supporting Mechanical Completion, SAT and energisation activities.
• Ensuring compliance with project procedures and regulations.
