This task combines administrative control, communication and deep technical insights. You will be trained to validate various PMS software according to the DNV rules, assisting the PMS software suppliers in understanding our compliance requirements, and to deliver the digital machinery maintenance service to our customers through on‑the‑job training. As your experience grows, you will be contributing to developing and improving classification rule requirements, instructions and procedures and the existing digital services and tools.

Tasks you can expect here:
  • PMS software suppliers single point of contact: to be the first line contact point between DNV and the PMS software suppliers, assisting them in their way to DNV type approval and proper data integration to our systems. With time, coordinating their visibility in our established Partner program.
  • Conduct digital audits: Dive into ship machinery maintenance data and perform digital audits to ensure fleet‑wide compliance for ship managers.
  • Support customers: Be the go‑to expert on technical matters related to machinery maintenance, rules compliance and relevant processes and contribute to the technical machinery helpdesk.
  • Manage projects: Maintain control over tasks and progress in the various smaller projects.
  • Innovate: Continue to develop our machinery services into the data‑driven domain.
  • Share knowledge: Provide valuable insights to the DNV organization and customers regarding machinery maintenance, through meetings and presentations – both internally and externally.
  • Develop rules: Participate in the development of relevant rules and other service documents.
  • Foster community: Be an active member of our social committee to help maintain a positive working environment.
