Job summary

Bulk Infrastructure Group is hiring Operations Technicians to support the N01 campus in Norway. You will work on mechanical, cooling, electrical, and supporting systems and receive thorough training to build a career in critical infrastructure.

We expect practical problem-solvers with a technical background and a strong safety mindset. This full-time role requires rotating shifts; English communication is essential, and Norwegian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operations, maintenance, or building services is preferred.
• A strong commitment to safety and following procedures is essential.
• Good English communication; Norwegian or another Scandinavian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor critical systems including cooling, HVAC, pumps, chillers, ventilation and electrical distribution.
• Carry out rounds and inspections, spotting issues before they become problems.
• Respond to alarms, deviations and incidents; participate in troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance per procedures and work instructions.
• Use BMS and other monitoring tools to track system performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and service partners on site during shifts.
• Participate in HSE activities such as safety inspections, risk assessments and work permits.
• Keep logs and documentation; hand over clearly to the next shift.
• Work a rotating shift schedule covering days, nights, weekends and holidays (24/7).
