Job summary
If is seeking a Nordic ServiceNow developer to join the workflow platform team. You will collaborate with remote teams and clients, develop and upgrade ServiceNow capabilities, and design dashboards to meet business needs.
The role is located in Stockholm or Turku with the possibility of hybrid work. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, 2–3 years of ServiceNow experience, and a Foundation Certification. English fluency is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT/Business/CS or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration, development and architecture.
- ServiceNow Foundation Certification required.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs and map to ServiceNow functionality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with remote teams and clients.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities and upgrade platform 2x per year.
- Work with ITSM, CMDB, App Engine, AI capabilities and Risk.
- Develop custom items, features, and workflows for business needs.
- Design and develop queries, reports, forms and dashboards.
