Kongsberg Maritime CM Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Service Administrator to join our team. You will handle travel claims, verify expenses, and support field service data processing in our ERP environment.

The role requires university studies in finance or economics, solid MS Excel skills, and English at B2. You will work independently with initiative, drive process improvements, and contribute to accurate invoicing and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience issuing invoices and settling business trips.
• University studies in finance, economics, or related field.
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Curious, eager to understand processes and solve small operational puzzles.
• Ability to work independently with initiative while knowing when to ask for help.

Responsibilities

• Travel claims and expenses management with policy compliance.
• Collect and validate field service timesheets and calculate service costs.
• Issue accurate customer invoices and provide necessary documentation.
