Job summary

Kongsberg Maritime - Global Customer Support is seeking a Finance Manager Consolidation to lead monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation for the GCS division, collaborating with SVP Finance & Business Support and finance managers globally.

You will drive automation, data-driven insights and even AI-enabled finance capabilities, shaping reporting processes and governance while ensuring accuracy, timeliness and effective decision support across the international organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• At least five years of consolidation, reporting, or controlling experience.
• Strong understanding of consolidation systems and ERP environments; HFM is an advantage.
• Experience working in a global or complex organisational structure.
• Experience with process improvement, data automation, analytics or digital finance tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of GCS reporting entities.
• Coordinate reporting submissions and ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery.
• Establish and continuously improve reporting routines, controls and data quality across the division.
• Act as the primary interface between GCS finance teams and Kongsberg Maritime Central Finance.
• Analyse consolidated results, identify trends and communicate key financial insights, risks and improvement priorities.
• Support forecasting and management reporting for the division. Advise the SVP Finance & Business Support on consolidated performance and financial developments.
• Drive automation of data collection, validation, reconciliation and reporting to improve efficiency, traceability and decision support.
• Explore and promote responsible use of AI in finance processes, including analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection and management reporting, in line with applicable governance, security and data-quality requirements.

Finance Manager Consolidation

As Finance Manager Consolidation, you will lead the consolidation and reporting processes for Kongsberg Maritimes Global Customer Support division (GCS). Working closely with the SVP Finance & Business Support and finance managers across the division, you will strengthen reporting quality, improve financial insight and support sound business decisions.

The position is part of the Central finance team and works across an international finance organisation. The role combines ownership of consolidated reporting with performance insight, process improvement and the development of more automated, data-driven ways of working.

Global Customer Support serves customers worldwide with spare parts, upgrades, repairs and services around the clock. In 2025, the division generated revenue of more than NOK 14 billion and employed approximately 4,000 people globally. The division supports more than 30,000 vessels equipped with Kongsberg Maritime products and systems.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation of GCS reporting entities.
