Scrambly S.r.l. is seeking a Video Editor to lead the edit stage of our high-volume creative production, delivering dozens of concepts weekly across TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.

You will shape storytelling with professional pacing, rhythm, color, and AI-assisted workflows. You will collaborate with the Creative Producer and editing team in a fast-paced environment, applying cutting-edge AI tools to ensure each cut meets platform specs and quality standards while maintaining a strong

Formación

• Strong storytelling and film-structure fundamentals (dramaturgy, pacing, camera language).
• 3+ years of professional video editing experience across formats and genres.
• Hands-on experience with AI video platforms and selecting the right tool for the job.
• Awareness of AI developments and ability to bring new tools into the workflow.
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere or similar software.
• Understanding of motion graphics and After Effects; applying AI-generated results.
• Organized, fast, reliable; able to ship at volume with consistent quality.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

Responsabilidades

• Editing & storytelling.
• Edit video content across formats with clear narrative structure: hook, escalation, payoff.
• Maintain professional standards: shot choice, rhythm, color grading to shape emotion.
• Iterate on winning creatives using performance data.
• AI-native production: generate and assemble AI footage into final renders.
• Choose the right tool for each task and apply new models to speed up production.
• Composite UI screen recordings with AI avatar and real-actor footage.
• Deliver per-platform final specs for TikTok, Meta, AppLovin, and Google Ads.
