Qualifications

• Autonomous, capable of end-to-end delivery and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to deliver industry-leading search features with emphasis on speed and relevance.
• Contribute to Elasticsearch features and fix complex bugs, sometimes inventing new algorithms.
• Collaborate with a globally distributed team and triage issues via asynchronous communication.
• Develop in Java, maintain readable code and APIs, and review others' work.
