Crunched is building an autonomous AI analyst that works directly inside Excel. We are hiring an experienced auditor who can turn real audit workflows into systems the product can understand and execute.

The role involves mapping audit workflows, translating methodologies into product requirements, collaborating with founders and engineers, and validating outputs against real cases to improve accuracy and trust. Equity from day one is offered, alongside competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on audit experience from a recognised audit firm.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured approach to complex work.
• Ability to explain audit processes clearly to technical colleagues.
• Interest in AI, automation and product development.

Responsibilities

• Map and improve practical audit workflows inside Excel.
• Translate audit methodology into clear product requirements and AI workflows.
• Work closely with founders, engineers and customers.
• Test outputs against real cases and improve accuracy, reliability and trust.
